It's not all ping pong and table football. Working for a tech startup or scaleup is challenging and rewarding because roles are nearly always performance based.

There are some key differences between working for a tech startup and working for a more traditional company that you should be aware of before making the leap. You will be required to se your initiative, and to be comfortable with change. There's usually an all hands on deck policy where you may be asked to do things not in your job description and it's often a high-risk high-reward environment.
